“Sadly, the mother and her two children were located inside the charred shack, and paramedics pronounced them dead at the scene,” Kareli confirmed.
A Flickering Flame Left Unattended
Initial investigations suggest that an unattended candle in the room where the family’s older son typically sleeps is suspected to have ignited the fire.
Officials stated that the boy was not present during the incident, but he alerted authorities upon his return.
Desperate Attempts to Rescue
Neighbors quickly rushed to assist, pouring buckets of water in a bid to extinguish the fierce flames, but the fire was too overwhelming to control.
