London-Listed Crypto Company Vinanz Secures $4 Million for U.S. Bitcoin Expansion and Dual Listing Plans

Vinanz, a Bitcoin-focused company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has secured $4 million to bolster its U.S. operations and target a potential Nasdaq listing.
The London-listed Bitcoin (BTC) mining firm Vinanz has received an investment of up to $4 million from an unnamed “global asset manager,” as revealed in a regulatory filing, aimed at expanding its U.S. presence and exploring a dual listing on Nasdaq.
This arrangement was facilitated by U.S. investment bank Dominari Securities, which has been partnering with Vinanz since April. The investment is structured into two tranches: the first tranche of $2 million will support the company in increasing its Bitcoin reserves, while the second tranche, also $2 million, will be available later subject to certain conditions being met.
A Vinanz representative noted that this investment strategically positions the firm as it seeks to “expand our Bitcoin holdings in preparation for a potential Nasdaq dual listing.”
Vinanz has been considering a Nasdaq listing since early 2025, having enlisted U.S. law firm Lucosky Brookman LLP to assess the process. The firm mentioned that such a listing would improve its access to institutional investors and U.S. capital markets, although a specific timeline for the dual listing has yet to be confirmed.
In January, Vinanz made the transition to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange after previously being listed on the AQSE Growth Market.
