B Skyrockets 530% Following World Liberty Financial’s Acquisition of 636K BUILDon Tokens
World Liberty Financial, a cryptocurrency initiative with ties to Trump, has acquired 636,961 BUILDon tokens to strengthen the project. Following this acquisition, the token saw a remarkable surge of nearly 530% in value.
According to data from CoinMarketCap, the B token has witnessed an impressive rise of over 533% in the past 24 hours, currently trading at $0.21. Furthermore, its daily trading volume has soared by 725%, reaching approximately $770 million.
The recent uptick in the token’s value is likely due to the substantial investment from World Liberty Financial. On May 22, the Trump-associated crypto project announced its acquisition of a significant number of B tokens to support the BUILDon team.
“We’ve just acquired some $B to back the BUILDon team. It’s fantastic to see projects adopting $USD1 as their base pair—facilitating quicker settlements, improved liquidity, and continual growth,” WLFI stated in a recent update.
The acquisition involved over $25,011 worth of BUILDon’s native token, equating to 636,961 B tokens. WLFI carried out this token swap using their newly launched stablecoin USD1 on PancakeSwap.
BUILDon’s Support for World Liberty Financial’s USD1
Before World Liberty Financial’s recent investment in B tokens, BUILDon announced its endorsement of USD1 as a primary trading pair on May 15. This move marked the initial phase of integrating B within the WLFI ecosystem.
Following this announcement, BUILDon launched a trading competition for USD1 in partnership with the Fourmeme platform, featuring a prize pool of up to $200,000 sponsored by the BUILDon project team. Coinciding with the WLFI token acquisition, B expressed its commitment to support the development of USD1 on the BNB Chain (BNB).
“With this initiative, we aim to enhance the utility and liquidity of USD1, fostering the growth of genuine and sustainable decentralized finance,” BUILDon remarked in a recent update.
Recently, World Liberty Financial approved a proposal for a limited airdrop of USD1 to WLFI token holders. While the proposal does not specify an airdrop date, it indicates that the amount will be determined by the number of eligible wallets within the ecosystem and the budget available.
