At ages 28 and 35, both fighters successfully made weight for their eagerly awaited contest in Sin City.
Topuria was the first to weigh in at the UFC Apex on Friday, registering at 155lbs for his second fight in this division.
Former champion Oliveira followed, easily making the championship weight at 154.5lbs, half a pound under the limit, looking notably lean.
After the weigh-ins, they faced each other again during the ceremonial weigh-ins.
Oliveira received a warm welcome from the crowd as he stepped on the scales.
In contrast, Topuria encountered some boos but handled the moment with confidence.
Similar to their first encounter on Thursday, both maintained a friendly demeanor while making intense eye contact.
They shared a hug before going their separate ways.
UFC president Dana White attended the weigh-in but felt no need to intervene between the fighters.

Conversely, Oliveira has the chance to make history as the first two-time lightweight champion in UFC history, after losing the title on the scales in May 2022 when he failed to make weight for what would have been his second title defense against Justin Gaethje.
