Startups Raise $739.5 Million Across 17 Funding Rounds

In the week spanning June 22–28, 2025, cryptocurrency startups achieved a remarkable fundraising total of $739.5 million across 17 deals, underscoring a pivotal funding moment for the industry. Projects targeting infrastructure and institutional clients were prominent in these activities.
At the forefront was Kalshi, a regulated prediction market platform, which successfully completed a Series C funding round of $185 million, valuing the company at $2 billion. Following closely, Bitcoin miner Bit Digital raised $150 million. Additionally, the institutional blockchain platform Canton Network and the DeFi entity World Liberty Financial secured $135 million and $100 million, respectively.

Kalshi
