Sundowns Says Farewell to Long-Time Stars Rivaldo Coetzee and Lebohang Maboe

Johannesburg – Seasoned footballers Rivaldo Coetzee and Lebohang Maboe are parting ways with Mamelodi Sundowns.

Coetzee dedicated eight years to the Sandawana, while Maboe spent one year less with the Pretoria-based club.

Throughout his time at Sundowns, Coetzee achieved 14 trophies and made over 130 appearances.

Maboe, in comparison, tallied 183 appearances and secured 12 trophies, including a memorable hat-trick in a league-winning match.

Sundowns expressed their appreciation to both players and offered their best wishes for their future pursuits.

“Masandawana wishes you nothing but success as you embark on your next chapter,” stated Sundowns.
