While recovering from an injury, Carroll is currently in Ibiza with his girlfriend Lou Teasdale, focusing on mending their rocky romance.

However, this comes just weeks after Carroll, 36, received a warning from Dagenham & Redbridge manager Lee Bradbury.
A source informed The Sun: “Andy’s relationship with Lou garners a lot of unwanted attention.
“He was called in by his manager and urged to tone it down.
“But Andy is smitten with Lou, and the warning didn’t get through.”
The former Liverpool and Newcastle striker joined non-league Dagenham & Redbridge FC this summer.
He sustained an injury during training, which will sideline him until next month.
Instead of focusing on his recovery in East London, he chose to whisk Lou away to Ibiza.
Earlier this month, The Sun on Sunday reported that the couple had rekindled their romance after a difficult breakup, with Andy promising to cut back on alcohol to restore their relationship.
An insider remarked: “Andy should concentrate on his recovery, but he’s committed to doing whatever it takes to make Lou happy.
“This doesn’t send a positive message—especially after he was warned—but he regrets their split, and she wants assurance that he’s ready to make sacrifices for her.
“Lou loves vacations, so despite the pressure to be at training, he flew off to Ibiza.
“He knows that traveling while injured might raise eyebrows, but he’s completely under Lou’s spell. He’ll do anything she asks.”
