Durban: Two Young Men Killed in Midnight N2 Collision

Durban – In the early hours of Saturday, 2 May 2026, two men in their 20s sadly lost their lives when their vehicle rolled off the N2 North Bound at the M7 offramp.

As per ALS Paramedics spokesperson Garrith Jamieson, the disastrous accident took place overnight.

“Upon arrival, paramedics were confronted with a scene of destruction, where a vehicle had somehow veered off the N2 Freeway and rolled several times, ultimately ending up on its side,” reported Jamieson.

“It is believed that both occupants were thrown from the vehicle during the accident.”

“Sadly, both men suffered fatal injuries, and despite the efforts of paramedics, they could not be saved, resulting in their declaration of death at the scene.”

Law enforcement was also present at the site.
