Limpopo Teen Arrested Over Rape Allegations Involving Two Boys Aged 8 and 14
A young man aged 18 has been arrested in relation to the alleged assault of two boys in a village close to Tzaneen, Limpopo.
According to the South African Police Service (SAPS), the victims, who are eight and 14 years old, were reportedly sharing a room with the suspect, identified as their cousin.

Police spokesperson Malesela Ledwaba confirmed that the suspect was apprehended following a manhunt.

“Initial investigations indicated that both victims were staying in the same room with their 18-year-old cousin, who is the primary suspect in this matter.
“The suspect allegedly threatened the victims to keep silent about the incidents. However, the older victim eventually decided to inform his mother, which led to a swift report to the local authorities. A manhunt was launched, resulting in the suspect’s arrest,” Ledwaba remarked.

Officials noted that it was the older child who alerted his parents, sparking the investigation.
Suspect Expected to Appear in Court
