The residences are anticipated to reach prices up to R100,000 per square meter, potentially generating a total sellout value near R1 billion, as per Werner Burger, CEO of IFA’s South Africa division.
This initiative signifies a surge in new developments, including Club Med’s first resort in South Africa and high-end lifestyle estates, reshaping the North Coast of KZN.
The region is becoming increasingly popular among affluent South Africans looking for a more laid-back alternative to Cape Town, complete with pleasant weather and an outdoor lifestyle.
Lamborghini’s portfolio includes branded residences in Dubai and Brazil, with plans for future projects in India and Thailand, as noted on his official website. He is the son of the famous auto designer Ferruccio Lamborghini.
“The introduction of our brand to Africa through Zimbali Lakes sets a new benchmark for branded hospitality and residential experiences in the region, merging Italian design with sophisticated living and destination-oriented experiences in one of South Africa’s most ambitious mixed-use projects,” stated IFA Hotels & Resorts.
